Disco MIDI Generator

The disco generator writes the octave-bouncing seesaw bassline the genre is famous for, under four-on-the-floor drums, percussion, and two melody voices that answer each other like strings and lead.

How the engine writes disco

Rolls at 118 BPM keep the hats open and the energy up, with chord movement busy enough to feel orchestrated rather than looped. Disco is one of the five genres on the free plan, so you can roll it without upgrading.

From a roll to your DAW

A roll defaults to 118 BPM (every preset and tempo is editable before and after generating) and plays back in the browser through the studio's own synths. When you like a take, export it as whole-track or per-instrument MIDI, or as WAV/MP3 audio — the drum part uses General MIDI numbering, so it lands correctly on any drum plugin. There are step-by-step import guides for Ableton Live, FL Studio and Logic Pro.
